  4. Add Cauliflower Rice and Tomatoes:
    • Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let everything simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cauliflower rice is cooked.
  5. Add Cheese:
