- Fresh basil or oregano for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Make the crust:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway, until melted and smooth.
Add the egg, almond flour, baking powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until a dough forms. - Form the crust:
Place the dough on the parchment paper. Using your hands or a spatula, press it out into a 10-12 inch circle. - Bake crust:
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until golden and firm. - Add toppings:
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then add sausage, bacon, mushrooms, and bell peppers. - Bake pizza:
Return pizza to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. - Garnish & serve:
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil or oregano. Slice and enjoy!
