Ingredients:

4 cups of mozzarella cheese shredded
4 ounces cream cheese
One cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Four eggs, beaten

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a microwavable bowl add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes.
Stir the cheese mixture until well combined.
Whisk flour, baking powder and dried seasonings together.
Add the eggs to the dried seasonings and stir/whisk until well combined.
Add this to the cheese mixture and continue to stir until well combined. You may need to get your hands in there and knead it to mix everything up.
Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray or coconut oil cooking spray or avocado oil cooking spray.
Wet hands and separate dough and form 12 rolls or balls.
If desired, flatten slightly or keep smaller and less wide.
Placed them onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool and then slice in half.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate or freeze.
