INGREDIENTS

  • Meatloaf
  • 2 cups of chopped spinach and 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 egg
  • Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup
  • 14 cup of sugar-reduced ketchup and 1/2 of a small onion sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • Sukrin Gold 2 tbsp, vinegar 1 tsp
  • Add some garlic,

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix onion, mozzarella, spinach, parmesan, egg, and ground chicken in a bowl(large).
  3. Use a silicon muffin pan or nonstick spray to coat a large muffin pan.
  4. The mixture should be placed halfway up each cup.
  5. All sauce ingredients, combine in a bowl(medium).
  6. The meatloaf cups should have some sauce left over for dishing.
  7. Prepare cups for 45–50 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  8. Serve hot, topped with the leftover sauce.
