INGREDIENTS

- Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup
- 14 cup of sugar-reduced ketchup and 1/2 of a small onion sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- Sukrin Gold 2 tbsp, vinegar 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS
- Set the oven to 350°F.
- Mix onion, mozzarella, spinach, parmesan, egg, and ground chicken in a bowl(large).
- Use a silicon muffin pan or nonstick spray to coat a large muffin pan.
- The mixture should be placed halfway up each cup.
- All sauce ingredients, combine in a bowl(medium).
- The meatloaf cups should have some sauce left over for dishing.
- Prepare cups for 45–50 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve hot, topped with the leftover sauce.
