1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup melted butter
2/3 cup granulated erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
If desired, fold in chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (don’t overbake).
