Ingredients:

  • Baking powder 1 tsp.Ezoic
  • Egg 1 largeEzoic
  • Almond flour 1 cupEzoic
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cupsEzoic
  • Prosciutto or Parma ham 10 slices
  • Dijon mustard 2 tbsp.
  • Thyme 1 tsp.
  • Mushrooms 3 cups
  • Onion ¼ cups
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Butter 2 tbsp.
  • Beef 0.75 kg

Instructions:

  1. Prepare and measure all the ingredients in a separate bowl.
  2. Place a skillet in the heat add the butter in it and heat it for 2 minutes in medium-inch.
  3. Add the meat in it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes or until its color is brown.
  4. Brush the meat with Dijon mustard on both sides.
  5. Remove the meat from the skillet add the garlic, mushrooms, thyme, and onion in it and cook it for 10 minutes.
  6. Again add the chicken and cook it for more 5 minutes.
  7. Add the baking powder, almond flour in a separate bowl and beat the egg in it, and add the chicken mixture place the mixture on a baking sheet which is prepared with parchment paper and bake it for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove it from the oven and it is ready to be served.

  • Make sure that all the ingredients are fresh and chopped properly.
  • Store your recipe for 3 to 4 days.
  • You can add the Parma ham instead of prosciutto.
  • You can freeze it for 4 months or more and also reheat this in your oven for 2 minutes.
