Ingredients :

  • 4 soupspoons( 56g) unsalted adulation, melted
  • cloves garlic, diced( about 1 teaspoon garlic)
  • 2 ladles( 4g- 8g) Creole seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon(7.5 ml) bomb juice
  • 1 teaspoon( 3g) diced chives or parsley
  • bomb wedges to serve

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat roaster to 375 F. When ready to cook, cut the grouser legs into half so the meat of the grouser is visible. Skip the cutter and use kitchen shears or scissors to do so. You ’ll thank me latterly.
