  • 500g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they release their juices and start to brown.
  4. Season mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste.
