Ingredients:

2 cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup plain yogurt (0 carb)
1/2 cup water (approximately)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Butter or olive oil for brushing

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the yogurt and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir to combine.
Slowly add water, a little at a time, until the dough comes together. You may not need to use all of the water.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place one flatbread in the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is lightly browned.
Flip the flatbread and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the other side is browned.
Remove the flatbread from the skillet and brush with butter or olive oil.
Sprinkle some of the garlic and parsley mixture over the top of the flatbread.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
Serve the garlic flatbreads warm, either on their own or as a side dish with your favorite meals.
