INGREDIENTS
- 12 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 slices thick cut bacon, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1/4 cup scallions
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Over medium heat brown the chopped bacon until crisp, remove from the skillet and set aside. Discard all up 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease.
- Add the broccoli, scallions and garlic to the skillet and sauté over medium low heat for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables have softened slightly.
- In a bowl whisk the eggs and heavy cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add half the bacon and cheese over the broccoli, carefully pour the eggs in the skillet. Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the eggs have set in the center.
