1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef, turkey, or sausage (optional for vegetarians)
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella would be good)
1 teaspoon red pepper
Pepper and salt to taste
Optional add-ins: bell pepper, mushrooms, carrots

Preparation Steps
Preparation of the Cabbage: Start by chopping the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. You can shred it if you prefer a finer texture.
Preparation of Other Ingredients: In a large pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they become transparent. Add the minced meat of your choice and cook until it changes color. Season with salt, black pepper and paprika for extra flavor.
Assembling the Pot: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, cooked meat mixture, and chopped cabbage. Mix well to make sure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cooking Instructions
