Ingredients:

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup milk

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

Procedure:

1. Toast sesame seeds lightly in pan.

2. Mix with oats in bowl.

3. Add honey, milk, oil, and vanilla.

4. Stir until fully combined.

5. Press into lined pan.

6. Chill or bake 20 minutes.

7. Slice into bars
