Ingredients:
- 2 cups cucumber (sliced)
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 1 cup potatoes (boiled & diced)
- Β½ cup peas (boiled, optional)
- Β½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional, for extra richness)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar (optional, for slight sweetness)

- Prepare vegetables:
- Wash and slice cucumbers.
- Boil potatoes and carrots until soft, then cut into cubes.
- Boil peas if using.
- Make dressing:
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
- Mix everything:
- Add all vegetables into the dressing.
- Mix gently so everything is coated well.
- Chill:
- Put in fridge for 30β60 minutes for best taste.
