Instructions
1. Prep the cabbage
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Remove outer leaves and slice cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds (steaks)
2. Make the sauce

- Salt & pepper
3. Season
- Place cabbage slices on a lined baking tray
- Brush both sides generously with the sauce
4. Bake (first round)
- Bake for 20 minutes until slightly tender

6. Bake again
- Return to oven for 10–15 minutes
