3️⃣ Shape
- Form into small patties (about 2–3 inches wide).
- If mixture feels too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs.
4️⃣ Cook
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on a rack or paper towel.

🔥 Oven Option
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
🌬 Air Fryer Option
- 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping once.
