Ingredients: (makes 12 muffins)
6 eggs
1.5C egg whites
1C ham diced
3c steamed broccoli chopped small
1C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Place steamed broccoli in bottom of muffin pan.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Add ham.
Top with cheese.
Bake 325 for 30 minutes.
