  • 4 large  eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (any type)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, spinach, or mushrooms)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme, oregano, or basil) (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the baking dish

Instructions:
