Ingredients:
1/2 lb hamburger
1/4 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper
american or cheddar cheese
lettuce
4-5 baby dill pickles
toothpicks
Dip:
1/4 cup mayo
1 Tbsp G Hughes sugarfree ketchup
1 tsp French’s yellow mustard
1 1/2 tsp dill pickle relish
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Mix together burger, bacon, onion powder, and S&P. Press the meat out to 1/2 inch thickness and use a circle cookie cutter to make small circle patties. (Full confession.. I used a 1.5 inch round cutter from my daughter’s PlayDough set ) Place mini burgers on a parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes. Top with cheese and bake another 3 minutes
Stir all dip ingredients together until creamy
Cut pickles into little coins and lettuce into small squares. Assemble your Big Mac Bites by piercing a pickle coin then lettuce square and finishing with a mini burger. Serve these bites with a bowl of the sauce and you’ve got the perfect party appetizer!
