Vegan egg rolls with sweet chili sauce!!
Recipe:
-Vegan Egg Roll Wraps
– 1 lb vegan meat substitute( I used impossible meat)
– 1 cup green onions
– 1 cup onion( I used sweet onions)
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
– 2 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1) Heat sesame oil in skillet and cook onions, green onions, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
2) Add remaining ingredients (minus the vegan meat) and cook until soft. About 4-5 minutes.
3) Remove and place in bowl.
4) Season and cook vegan meat substitute.
5) Add all ingredients together and wrap them in egg roll paper.
6) I put mine in the air fryer at 400° for 5 minutes each side. You could also deep fry at 350° with the flap sides down for 2-3 minutes. Or bake in the oven at 400° for 20-25 minutes and be sure to turn them half way through!
