  • 3 cups vegan rice crispy cereal
  • 1 ½ cups vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup vegan peanut butter
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil


  1. Start by pouring your cereal into a large mixing bowl, and setting it aside. To also save time, prepare your baking dish by adding parchment paper to it.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil together by heating in the microwave at 30-second intervals. Stirring each time in between until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Pour melted mixture over cereal and fold together until well combined.
  4. Next, place the crunch bar mixture into the 9×9 glass baking dish. Using the back of a wooden smooth it out evenly. Then, let firm in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  5. Lastly, with a sharp knife, cut the bars into 16 squares. Serve and enjoy!
