- 1½ cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil

Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet or small loaf pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make Bread Dough
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and melted butter; mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in shredded mozzarella if using.
3️⃣ Shape & Bake
- Shape dough into a small loaf or rectangle about 1-inch thick.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
4️⃣ Add Garlic Butter
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread over the baked bread.
