-One green pepper diced
-Saute onion and pepper in avocado oil until tender
-add meat; saute until brown
- salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
-add mixture to Chaffle bowl
-place slice of provolone on top
-place in toaster oven (you could air fry as well) and toast until cheese is bubbly and brown on top. ENJOY!
