Ingredients
2 cups shredded corned beef
1 cup sauerkraut, drained (measure out a cup and squeeze excess liquid out)
4 slices of Swiss or provolone deli cheese
Brown mustard
2 sheets of keto-friendly flatbreads, cut in half
1 tbsp cream cheese
Avocado oil
Thousand Island dressing⠀⠀⠀⠀
1: Place 1 cheese slice in the middle of each flatbread. Top each with shredded corned beef evenly, followed by the sauerkraut and a small amount of brown mustard.
2: Roll each bread burrito-style. Smear a tiny bit of cream cheese on the end of the flatbreads to seal properly.
3: Pan fry in avocado oil until golden brown. Serve with Thousand Island.
