Two glasses of erythritol

A glass of butter.

Half a glass of almond milk.

4 tablespoons of cocoa.

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

3 cups quick oats (use gluten-free quick oats for a gluten-free version).

3/4 cup keto chocolate chips.


Stage 1

First, combine the first four ingredients and bring to a boil, then cook for 1 minute.

Step 2

After cooking for 1 minute, add the vanilla extract, oatmeal, and chocolate chips, then stir until everything is well combined and the chocolate chips have melted.

Stage 3

Then pour the mixture into a 9-inch or 10-inch round cake pan and consider using parchment paper if you intend to serve it on a cake plate for easier removal.

Then refrigerate until hardened, then cut into pieces and serve.
