Instructions
For the Chaffles:
- Preheat your waffle maker and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, shredded mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings.
- Pour about 1/4 of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden and crispy. Repeat to make 4 chaffles.
