- ½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar or your preferred sweetener
- 2 tsp lemon zest

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Whip Cream
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
3️⃣ Fold Together
- Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Chill

- Chill at least 1–2 hours to set.
