4 to 6 bell peppers

One jar low-carb marinara

One cup ricotta cheese

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

 1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 white onion diced

1/2 zucchini diced

1 teaspoon salt

Seasonings for ground beef, I used Italian seasoning

Prep: preheat oven to 350°F

Cook beef on medium high heat till browned, drained excess oriole. Add in seasonings, garlic, onions and zucchini.

Slowly add in marinara, allow to simmer, remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl mix regatta and 1 cup mozzarella and half teaspoon salt

Wash and cut peppers in half, remove core and seeds

Add cheese mix and meat to peppers

Top with remainder of cheese and parsley to garnish

Bake 350° 40 to 45 minutes uncovered

Royal for a few minutes to crisper cheese but watch it to avoid burning
