Instructions:
Step 1: Crush 16-18 Oreos and add 3-4 ounces of butter. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. , the crumbs should now be slightly pasty. Add 3 oz strawberry jelly to the paste and coat the waffle cones.
Step 2: Cream the cream cheese in a large bowl, using a hand mixer, for 3-4 minutes until there are no lumps and it is completely smooth. Be sure to scrape the bowl at least 2 times during this time.

Step 4: Bake the cones for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Fill each cone with cream cheese filling. Fill each cone with chopped fresh strawberries.
Step 5: Place the erythritol in a medium bowl.
Step 6: Add the cream, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches the consistency you want the cream or drizzle to be. Add the vanilla extract, mix well, and immediately drizzle over the cones.
