1 egg

1 ounce cream cheese room temperature

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 Tbs almond flour

1 Tbs confectioners Swerve

10 drops strawberry extract (Amazon)

10 drops cake batter extract (Amazon)

2 drops red food coloring

Mix all Chaffle Ingredients together until we’ll blended. Pour 2 spoonful of batter on the chaffle maker. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove chaffle to a wire rack to cool. This should make 3 chaffles.

Strawberry Frosting Ingredients:

1 Tbs cream cheese room temperature

1 Tbs butter room temperature

1 Tbs confectioners Swerve

2 Tbs heavy whipping cream

9 drops strawberry extract (Amazon)

2 drops red food coloring

Spread frosting on first chaffle. Stack second chaffle and spread frosting on that then add the final chaffle on top and frost. Garnish with fresh strawberries
