- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese

- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add the almond flour, coconut flour, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined and a dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dough on the parchment paper and flatten it out with your hands, making it into a round shape that’s about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings. I recommend spreading a layer of tomato sauce over the crust, then topping it with shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and fresh basil.
- Bake the pizza for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
