• 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the cheese is melted and smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined and a dough forms.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dough on the parchment paper and flatten it out with your hands, making it into a round shape that’s about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings. I recommend spreading a layer of tomato sauce over the crust, then topping it with shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and fresh basil.
  7. Bake the pizza for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
