Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
