Ingredients

2 tablespoons almond flour

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons sweetener of choice

Small pinch of salt

1/8 of a teaspoon of vanilla

1 tablespoon softened butter

1 big beaten egg

Instructions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a baking cup.

Stir in dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Add the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well mixed and pour into the prepared cup.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is set.

Let cool slightly before serving!
