INGREDIENTS
Salt & pepper
1/4 cup onion chopped
6 slices bacon
1 glove minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
3 eggs
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup half and half
8 oz/230gr shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
In skillet, brown ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper
Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crisp
Break up the bacon into bite-size pieces
Mix the bacon and pickles into the ground beef
Spoon the mixture into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish
Preheat oven to 350F/180C
Combine eggs, mayo an half, and half being sure to mix well
Sprinkle cheese over beef mixture in pan and pour egg mixture over the whole thing
Bake 35 minutes, until the top is browned and set.
