  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
