
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
Sausage Layer
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Guacamole
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Toppings
- 4 fried or poached eggs
- Crumbled bacon
- Red pepper flakes
- Shredded cheddar or pepper jack
🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Form & Cook Sausage
Divide sausage into 8 small patties.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make Guacamole
Mash avocados with lime juice.
Stir in onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning.
3️⃣ Assemble Stacks
- Place 1 sausage patty on plate.
- Spoon guacamole on top.
- Add second sausage patty (optional double stack).
- Top with fried or poached egg if desired.
4️⃣ Serve Immediately
Garnish with bacon crumbles or extra cilantro.
