• Garlic  bread ????
  • The perfect Garlic Sticks that any restaurant will envy! By the way, fat dough is back in the game! Let’s add the garlic stuff to it and voila!
  • Materials:
  • Mozzarella – 150 g
  •  Cream cheese – 60 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Almond flour – 120 g
  • Baking soda – 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • onion powder – half a teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • two cloves of garlic
  • Art. l. butter and olive oil
  • One and a half st. l. Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking process:
  • 1️⃣ Take the cream cheese in a bowl, grate the mozzarella and place it on top. Microwave the cheese in 30-second intervals, stirring at a time until the cheese is smooth. Cool slightly.
  • 2️⃣ Mix together the flour, salt, garlic, onion powder and baking powder. Add two eggs to the cheese, add the dry ingredients and mix well. It is ideal to use a mixer with dough attachment for this.
  • 3️⃣ Transfer the dough to cling film, divide it into 8 pieces and form each into a ball (lubricate your hands with olive oil to prevent the dough from sticking). Wrap the board in cling film, lightly drizzle with olive oil, transfer the dough balls and roll them into sticks about 2 cm thick.
  • 4️⃣ Place the sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Beat an egg in a bowl and brush the dough balls with it. Bake the tray in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes.
  • 5️⃣ While the sticks are cooking, prepare the garlic ingredients: Melt the butter, add the olive oil, the grated garlic and mix well. Remove the sticks from the oven, brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • ????Use low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • ???? Consume the slats lukewarm. When they cool, the cheese hardens them. Cold ones are best reheated in the microwave
