1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line or lightly grease a 9-inch round or square baking pan.
2️⃣ Whip the Eggs
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar on high speed for 6–8 minutes, until thick and pale. It should form ribbons when lifted.
3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients
Gently fold in milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Do not overmix.
4️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients
Sift in flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold gently until fully combined — avoid deflating the mixture.
5️⃣ Bake
