ingredients:

  • Milk (1 can)
  • Heavy cream (200 grams or 1 small carton)
  • Flavored powdered juice of your choice (1 packet)
  • Condensed milk (395 grams or 1 can/carton)

 Instructions:

  1. Add the milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream to the blender. Blend for about 5 minutes or until the mixture is well-combined.
  2. Add the flavored powdered juice of your choice to the blender. Blend for a bit more until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. You can use any flavor you like, such as strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, or mango.
  3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze it for about 3 hours or until it is slightly firm.
  4. Take the ice cream out of the container and put it in a mixer. Beat it for about 10 minutes at maximum speed until it becomes very creamy and fluffy. This will add some air to the ice cream and make it softer.
  5. Put the ice cream back in the container and freeze it for another 5 hours or until it is fully set.
  6. When ready to serve, scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and decorate as desired. You can use fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, or whipped cream.
