- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup low-carb marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, low-carb marinara sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add the pre-made meatballs on top of the sauce layer, arranging them evenly in the dish.
- Pour the remaining tomato sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
- After the initial baking time, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
