- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- ¼ cup almond flour (or coconut flour as a substitute)
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 large egg (for egg wash)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or everything bagel seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
