  • 4 cooked sausages (chicken, beef, or turkey)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
  • ¼ cup almond flour (or coconut flour as a substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Dough
    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
    Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave an additional 30 seconds until fully melted.
