  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream (optional)


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined. Add the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
  3. Gradually whisk the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the crepe is golden brown on the bottom. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. In a separate skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the mixture is caramelized.
  6. Spoon some of the apple mixture onto each crepe and fold it over. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Note: You can also add some chopped nuts, such as walnuts or pecans, to the apple mixture for added texture and flavor. Feel free to adjust the amount of cinnamon and brown sugar to your liking.
