  1. Dice your filling on a chopping board. Ensure that your silicone moulds are clean and dry.
  2. In a jug, beat your eggs until well beaten. Add in your seasonings and mix with a fork.
  3. Place your diced egg cup fillings into the silicone moulds and pour your egg mixture on top. Gently place the silicone moulds onto the air fryer grill pan.
  4. Set the time on your air fryer to 12 minutes and the temperature to 180°C/360°F.

  • Milk: If you want your air fryer egg cups to taste more like a quiche filling, add a splash of milk to the beaten egg. It will also yield more egg cups.
  • WW: If you follow Weight Watchers, the recipe above is based on zero-point foods.
  • Meat: For meat, use anything that is cooked and can be thinly diced. Cooked bacon, ham, rotisserie chicken, breakfast sausage, etc., work well.
