Instructions
Mix mozzarella and Parmesan 1 cup each with 1 stirred egg add 1 teasp garlic or onion powder- mix well – line a cookie sheet with parchment and pour out mixture, smash and move around mixture til it’s shape of rectangle— about 1/2 thick — back 350 degrees, almost 20 minutes!!
Tint of brownish tan on top and crispy edges.
Let cool about 8-10 minutes and cut into slices (1 inch by 2 inches).
Then let cool completely.
Eat with a salad with proteins!! Yum
