Ingredients:
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into thin strips
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to coat the chicken with the Alfredo sauce.
