    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 tablespoons. unsalted butter
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 large eggs
    2 teaspoons. chopped garlic
    1 teaspoon. seasoning salt
    2 tablespoons. Chopped fresh parsley
    Pepper and salt to taste
    Parmesan cheese to garnishInstructions:
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Brown the ground beef in the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste. After that, drain the excess fat from the beef and leave it.
    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan over medium heat and add the mushrooms to the pan until they soften.
    Stir in the minced garlic, seasoning salt, parsley and black pepper to taste and let sit for a few minutes.
    Blend cream cheese and eggs in a food processor or blender until smooth.
    Then pour the cream cheese sauce over the ground meat and place the cream cheese sauce mixture at the bottom of the baking dish.
    Add the mushrooms to the meat mixture and let them cook for 20 minutes. After cooking, you can decorate it with parmesan and serve hot.
