for cake
1 can undrained pineapple
1 C Lots of almond flour
1 ½ C erythritol
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons Baking powder
For icing
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 pack of softened butter
2 C erythritol
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the ingredients for the cake until well combined.
Pour the dough into a well-greased 9×13 baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the cake cool for 15 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the cream until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
Spread the cream on the hot cake and let it cool before serving.
