Instructions
Step 1: Brown the Beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning + ¼ cup water. Simmer 3–5 minutes.

Step 2: Build the Dip Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine:
- Softened cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Cooked beef
- Rotel
- Stir until creamy and fully combined.
- Fold in 1 cup cheddar + ½ cup mozzarella.
Step 3: Bake It Up
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer beef-cheese mixture into a baking dish (8×8 or cast iron skillet).
