Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Meat: In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Taco Shells: If you’re using low-carb tortillas, you can bake them in the oven until crispy to create taco shells. Alternatively, if you’re using lettuce leaves, just wash and pat them dry. Set aside.
- Fill the Tacos: Once the meat is cooked, spoon it into the taco shells or lettuce leaves.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat in each taco shell. Then add a spoonful of pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
