Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, eggs, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9×5-inch loaf pan, and use a spatula to smooth out the top.
- Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
