• 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream and eggs.
  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each biscuit.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Allow the biscuits to cool for a few minutes before serving.
