Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream and eggs.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each biscuit.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Allow the biscuits to cool for a few minutes before serving.
